Our Vodka is craft made from 100% Whey, a by-product of locally produced cheese. We distill our amazing product through a column still, until its pure, then we filter it through coconut carbon for up to 3 hours. A Goat doesn’t waste anything when it eats, so why should we.
Silver Rum
Deep, Wild and Exceptionally Smooth.
Our rum is made with a blend of rich molasses, and raw turbinado sugar straight from the mill. Like the Angora goat its soft on the outside, and a rich personality on the inside. This curious creature is one of a kind and will always lead you to where X marks the spot.
Texas Gin
A Unique, Spicy Texas Blend.
We infuse our house made whey spirit with botanicals such as Juniper, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, and Cayenne Pepper. This uniquely blended spirit is much like the Nubian goat; it’s social, high quality, and likes it hot.
Jalapeno Vodka
Zesty, Defiant, and Hot as Texas
We infuse our Vodka with Jalapeno to give it a Tex-Mex kick that will have you thinking you are running with the heard. Try mixing all this flavor into a Mojito or a Bloody Mary.
Amaretto
Luxurious, Rich, and Decadent
Our craft Amaretto is blended with almond and vanilla to make a smooth cordial to be used in your favorite cocktail or just on the rocks. Goats aren’t the only ones that need treats.
